Purpose of the Treatment

The treatments carried out with the aid of analogue / IT tools, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 regarding security measures, by specially appointed persons and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679, do not provide for the use of automated decision-making processes including profiling, pursuant to article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation n. 679/2016. Digital recruitment purposeson behalf of third-party companies for which candidates must necessarily declare their consent to the processing of data for the sole purpose of profiling CVs. For this purpose, software platforms such as Linkedin, Indeed, Odoo, or other similar platforms may be used. The selection process, although carried out using analogue/IT tools, respects the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 regarding security measures, and will be performed by specially appointed persons and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679. It should be noted that, in compliance with art. 22 of the GDPR, profiling does not provide for a decision based solely on automated processing and you will always be guaranteed human intervention by the Data Controller.  Types of Data While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.
